The awareness program presented today to my second graders by the Epilepsy Foundation was developmentally appropriate, well planned and provided the students with just the right amount of information. The presenter was prepared and knew exactly how to hold the attention of these students. As evidenced by the pre and posttest and especially by the oral answers of the students, they learned a great deal about epilepsy and how to be a supportive friend.
