Join the Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut for Bright Futures, an educational day camp for the families of children with epilepsy. Hosted by Wesleyan University and in partnership with the Center for Children’s Advocacy, this free event offers a fun, safe, and educational environment for families to learn about epilepsy. Topics include educational rights under IDEA and the ADA, research and treatment updates, and more. Children will enjoy engaging art and music therapy for all ages and abilities by Infinity Music Therapy. This event will provide educational opportunities for parents to ensure they have the tools they need to advocate for their child’s needs in education, healthcare, and beyond.
